This is a collab with a twist between myself and - we're both inking a picture, swapping, and colouring each others inks. That way, we both end up with something lovely to keep!

Bizaarly, our pieces both centred on different types of changes - in short, I feel like changes arent happening, theyre too far in the future, and big as they may be they seem so unobtainable right now. From Kari's point of view, her whole life has changed - shes been uprooted and gone off to Uni, so her piece was a whirlwind of detail and emotion! I'm waiting for revision to die down before I colour it though. I attempted to do some colour schemes but as yet they just dont do her picture justice!

I'm happy with how this came out though - I used a new brush tip sepia inking pen I got, so that was tricky to adjust to but very fun to use. I added some celtic knotwork in, because its beautiful and I adore doing it - I am aware its not technically correct, but I dont mind, I'm happy with it as is I also tried really hard to put in a background on this one! I'm really happy with how that came out, but damn. Trees are hard to draw!
